About Fragment Builder

A calm puzzle collection, made by one independent developer in Sarajevo.

Fragment Builder is made and published by Adnan Vehabović, an independent developer based in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina. It's free to play in any browser, installs as an app, and works offline — with no sign-up and nothing that interrupts a puzzle.

Every puzzle begins as a shape broken into pieces. You drag each fragment back toward where it belongs, and when it's close enough it eases into place with a small spring. That single interaction runs through nine puzzle families and three dimensions — flat 2D boards, a foldable 2.5D cube, and a free-space 3D box.

How it's designed

Three rules the game keeps.

No dead ends

Always solvable

Levels are generated procedurally, but never blindly — the game creates each one together with its solution, so a puzzle can always be finished.

Forgiving

Nothing breaks

Get a piece near its home and it snaps in. Miss, and the piece simply stays where you left it. There's no fail state, no timer pressure, no punishment.

Calm

Quiet by default

Warm surfaces, soft motion, light and dark themes, and a reduced-motion setting that's actually respected. It's meant to be restful, not loud.

How it's built

Fragment Builder is a web app first — which is why it loads instantly, updates without an app store, and runs on anything with a browser.
